We first starting working with Andres / Lakeshore Handy in September 2022. We had just moved abroad and we hired him to make some repairs on our home and to help us get it ready for renters. Since then Andres has been indispensable. He is the primary contact for our renters for repair needs and he has been extremely responsive to them. Whatever comes up, he gets the job done - from pruning trees to fixing a sauna and everything in between. He’s also great at communicating and keeping me in the loop. Living in a different time zone, I really appreciate the extra time he takes to give me detailed explanations of the work that needs to be done, and the various options and solutions. I highly recommend Andres - he is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and a great problem solver. It’s been a real comfort knowing that our house in in good hands.
